An electrically heated container for boiling liquids is provided with a thermally sensitive electrical control including a switch-on-dry protector switch unit directly connected with the cold leads of an electric heating element located externally of the container and in contact with the bottom wall thereof. The protector switch unit includes a thermally sensitive switch means enclosed in a protective housing having projecting terminal pins engageable by a female socket connector. The protector switch unit is mounted on a thermally conductive mounting plate located externally of the container and in contact with the heating element. The plate is enclosed by a detachable base member on the container. A steam-sensitive switch unit is mounted on the protector switch unit and includes a thermally sensitive element arranged to be impinged by steam produced by liquid boiling in the container and mechanically coupled to the switch means of the protector switch unit for deenergizing the heating element.

The invention relates to household appliances, namely, electric vessels for boiling water, in particular, kettles. A device for boiling water is known which contains a heating element fixed on the head and a temperature-sensitive electric regulator in the form of a block, which is activated when the safety switch is dry and connected to the cold terminals of the heating element; the block contains a temperature-sensitive switching device that can interrupt the flow electrical supply to the heater in case of overheating of the heating element 1. It is also known a device for boiling water containing a vessel, an electric heating element and a thermostat including a safety switch connected to the cold terminals of the electric heating element and a thermal switch 2. In the known heating device, a heated portion of the heating element is soldered by hard solder to its inputs close proximity to the thermostat, making it difficult to control overheating of the heating element. . The purpose of the invention is to enhance the reliability of the device. This goal is achieved by the fact that a device for boiling water, containing a vessel, an electric heating element and a thermostat including a cold electric heater terminal, a safety switch element and a thermal relay, is provided with a plate that co-operates with the electric heating element, the safety switch is mounted on plate, and the electric heating element is located outside the vessel. The device comprises a vessel 1, a thermostat 2, an electric heater 3 soldered to the bottom of the vessel 1, a plate 4 which is connected to the electric heater 3 and a thermostat. An opening 5 for steam and a channel 6 is provided in the wall of the vessel 1. The channel is connected to the thermostat 2. The thermostat contains a safety switch 7 and is fixed on the Last thermostat 8. The electric heater has cold leads 9. The switch 7 is equipped with three pin contacts that include a linear, neutral and ground pins for connecting to the female connector for supplying the power of the NIR network to the heating element. The linear pin is connected to one of the cold leads 9, which passes through the plate 4 and a pair of electrical contacts - a movable contact 10, mounted on a flexible conductive strip 11, and a stationary contact 12. In the switch block of the fuse, a bimetallic starter 13 is made, and the actuator tongue is attached to the rack of the unit, and the main body of the actuator is in thermal contact with the plate 4 in the cold state of the actuator. In the safety switch 7, an element 14 is provided, which is mounted slidably in the direction of its axis, and element 14 includes a stopper 15, mounted with. the possibility of coupling with the lower end 16 of the flexible tube 11. The thermal relay 8 includes a housing 17, which is located above the switch 7. In the housing 17, holes are made for the pin contacts 18 and there is a rim 19, which during operation surrounds the pin contacts and guide sockets -plug The housing 17 also has an opening 20 communicated with the steam channel. The lever element 21 is mounted rotatably on the body 17 by means of two Knife blades 22, made in one piece, one with the element 21 and located in recesses 23 made in one piece with the body 17. Thus, when boiling water, the lever element 21 is opened by the actuator 29 and moves from the first position to the second, interrupting the flow
electricity to the heated element. If the trigger switch actuator 13 opens the contacts 10 and 12, the movement of the element 14 also opens the lever element 21 so that it moves from the first position to the second, leaving the contacts in the open state (Fig. 3). If the contacts are open, the electrical current the heating element is terminated.
The proposed device is easy to use and reliable in operation.
